The main responsibilities of the Team Leader are detailed below；
主要职责：
&#8226； Support the build / validation of pre production prototype vehicles.
支持预生产原型车的构建和验证。
&#8226； Responsibility for all launch activities within designated area.
在预订区域对上市相关活动负责。
&#8226； Support virtual series to ensure parts / processes are designed for assembly, identify potential improvements/concerns.
支持虚拟系列以确保零件/流程是为装配而设计，识别潜在的问题及改进点。
&#8226； Provide robust training to manufacturing associates.
为生产部相关人员提供培训。
&#8226； Create preliminary WES / QMAPS.
设计初始WES / QMAPS
&#8226； Validate tooling & jigs to ensure functionality / fit for purpose.
验证工具和夹具,确保功能符合要求。
&#8226； Identify Ergonomic, Risk Assessments & Health & Safety concerns, including solutions.
识别人体工程学，风险评估及健康安全方面问题，并寻求解决方案。
&#8226； DFA / PFMEA support.

&#8226； Identify risks to FTT / Finished Vehicle Audit, including potential solutions or containment actions.
