Trim and Final are responsible for the development and introduction of new and modified processes associated with new model introductions and model year changes. This specific role will provide static and dynamic virtual simulation and ergonomic assessment support for the T&F process and facility engineering teams. 总装工艺高级工程师负责新车型及年型车引入过程中新工艺规划及工艺变更。负责提供静、动态虚拟仿真和人机工程评估，为总装工艺和设备团队提供支持。
Main Responsibilities

1. Perform static and dynamic simulation virtual studies using product, facility and process data according to Trim & Final Engineering requests. 根据总装工艺设计要求，利用产品、设备和工艺数据，完成静、动态虚拟仿真分析；
2. Create ergonomic standards for the JV business based on best practices, China regulations and anthropometric data for Chinese nationals.在最佳实例，中国条例和中国人体测量数据的基础上，创 建公司的人机标准；
3. Complete ergonomic studies for special processes and as requested by the Trim & Final team，根据总装团队的要求，完成特殊工艺的人机仿真研究；
4. Support Virtual Build events by running the product visualization software.利用可视化软件支持虚拟验证项目的创建；
5. Support the validation exercises virtual to physical assembly phases.支持从虚拟到实际组装阶段的验证工作；
6. Create detailed and formal reports for Engineer and Management review.为工程师和管理审查提供详细的正式报告
7. Develop an appropriate plan for station heights, platforms and other vehicle access requirements.开发一个合适的平台满足工位高度、踏台和其他车辆通过的要求；
8. Manage your workload in a timely fashion and report your progress to the VME Senior Engineer.管理自己的工作负载并及时向仿真高级工程师汇报你的工作进展。
9. Application of Lean Manufacturing and Design principles. 根据精益生产及设计规范的要求实施工作。
10. Manage technical issues and escalate where appropriate. 进行技术问题的解决及管理。

Degree in a Business / Commercial discipline
Commercial acumen and negotiation experience
2. Example of Skills
Strong computer skill (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
Strong communication skills.
Fluency in English and Mandarin
3. Examples of Experience
3-year plus Automotive background with multinational OEM
At least 3 years team management experience
Ability to present complex issues to a varied audience
4. Examples of Behavioural Criteria
Able to be flexible with working arrangements including shifts & overtime where required
The ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision when necessary to deliver key objectives.
Must have a record of proactive delivery and commitment to meeting deadlines
