This role is a specialized and highly skilled The Auto Elec must be able to diagnose and repair key electrical issues. They must be able to understand the Elecrical Architecture of the vehicle and read Electrical Diagrams.
汽车电气工程师在总装OTA部分是一个关键职位，具有高度的专业性和技术性。本职位需有能力诊断关键电气方面问题并解决。对于汽车电气架构也要有足够的了解，并可以读懂电气原理图。

The main responsibilities of the Auto Electrician are detailed below；
主要职责如下：
&#8226； Will be primarily be responsible for all electrical and electronic aspects of vehicle problem diagnosis and repair.将主要负责诊断和修复车辆所有电气和电子方面的问题。
&#8226； Working closely with launch team engineers in identifying and resolving build issues. 与团队的工程师密切合作，识别并解决构建问题
&#8226； Liaising with the workgroups and plant supervision regarding new processes, facilities and supporting production when required在有需求时，与团队及生产管理团队就流程，新设施及配套生产设施等紧密沟通
&#8226； Developing solutions to repetitive Electrical issues. 对于重复出现的电气问题设计解决方案。
&#8226； Be able to self manage time.有自我时间管理力。
&#8226； Be adapt at Problem resolution.适应于问题解决。
&#8226； Have the ability to make decisions on faults and decide the correct process for repair对于确诊问题及确认解决问题步骤有决断力。
Auto Electrical Qualifacation
