Trim and Final Facilities are responsible for the development and introduction of new and modified facilities associated with new model introductions and model year changes. They will be responsible for initial planning, sourcing, project management, cost and timing plans and integration into the overall trim and final plan.
总装设备高级工程师负责新车型及年型车项目引起的新设备增加及改造工作。负责初步设计、资源准备、项目管理、整个总装规划过程中的投资和网络计划跟进。

Main Responsibilities

1. Project manage the planning and implementation of Trim & Final facilities for new model introduction and model year changes.总装新车型及年型车规划及规划实施过程中设备的项目管理；
2. Lead the creation of detailed facility timing plans in line with manufacturing launch strategies.根据制造及投产策略主控完成设备具体实施计划；
3. Lead supplier ion and management activities with Purchasing.负责供应商选择及管理采购相关的活动
4. Create and manage detailed cost trackers through the project.完成整个项目的详细投资及过程中投资跟进。
5. Achieve equipment capability and technical availability targets of all facilities负责设备产能及技术目标的达成。
6. Ensure adherence to Reliability & Maintainability principles.确保可靠型及可维护性
7. Involvement in allocating the teams work through developing and monitoring progress against team objectives.根据团队目标，制定及跟进项目计划，进行团队工作分配
8. Manage technical issues and escalate where appropriate.管理关键问题并解决
9. Represent the Trim & Final Facilities team at program meetings at all levels and present where required代表总装设备团队参加各级项目会议及场合。
10. Co-ordinate the development and submission of departmental responses to programme requests.根据项目要求组织完成各种交付物的准备及提交。
11. Ensure the team support virtual build events raising and managing the issues where appropriate.确保在实际生产过程问题提出、管理及解决。
12. Co-ordinate the teams support of physical builds at the Assembly Plant.组织协调总装设备团队在车间工程施工过程中的支持工作。

Degree in a Business / Commercial discipline
Commercial acumen and negotiation experience

Strong computer skill (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Project).

3. Examples of Experience
3-year plus Automotive background with multinational OEM
At least 3 years team management experience
Ability to present complex issues to a varied audience

Able to be flexible with working arrangements including shifts & overtime where required
The ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision when necessary to deliver key objectives.
Must have a record of proactive delivery and commitment to meeting deadlines
