Trim and Final Process are responsible for the development and introduction of new and modified processes associated with new model introductions and model year changes. This specific role will help to create initial process plans, sourcing documents for jigs and tooling, project support, cost and timing inputs and integration into the overall trim and final plan.总装工艺工程师负责根据新车型及年型车的要求进行工艺的编制及修改，此岗位负责协助制定初步的工艺方案、夹具及工具初始文件的准备、项目支持，总装实施过程中的投资、进度输入及跟进。

1. Planning, developing and implementation of all written Processes for new model introduction and model year changes.制定和编写所有的新车型及年型车的工艺文件。
2. Build sequence strategy and line balancing support for manufacturing.支持制造，完成工序和生产线平衡工作。
3. Supplier ion and vendor management for jigs and tooling.夹具、工具供应商选择及管理。
4. Feasibility of all designs to suit manufacturing build requirements.确保设计满足所有生产的要求。
5. Planning, developing and implementation of all tooling and jigs and fixtures, for new model introduction and model year changes.进行新车及年型车涉及到的所有的工具、夹具等设计、开发及实施工作。
6. Process Capability of all processes and equipment, including Dimensional Management applications负责所有工艺及设备的能力，包括尺寸管理。
7. Application of Lean Manufacturing and Design principles.根据精益生产及设计规范的要求实施工作。
8. Quality Planning and Analysis for Manufacturing.制作的质量规划及分析。
9. Involvement in the sections work through development and monitoring of timing plans.通过制定进度计划及跟踪，参加工艺工作。
10. Manage technical issues and escalate where appropriate.进行技术问题的解决及管理。
11. Support programme meetings and present where applicable根据要求支持项目会议及出席需要的场合。
12. Contribute in the development and submission of departmental responses to programme requests.根据项目需求，协助完成交付物的编写及提交。
13. Support and lead virtual build events, raising and managing issues where appropriate.支持及主控现场问题的处理，提出及管理技术问题。

Degree in a Business / Commercial discipline
Commercial acumen and negotiation experience

3-year plus Automotive background with multinational OEM
At least 3 years team management experience
Ability to present complex issues to a varied audience
