The role will be responsible for setting up the standardised processes and reporting systems to deliver world class
quality products and drive continuous improvement. This will include creating databases, analysing and reporting
external warranty data and ensuring the plant have accurate data and robust standards available to deliver

The main responsibilities of the Quality Systems Engineer will consists of the following:主要职责如下：
1. Develop and implement the Quality Processes and Reporting Systems制定实施质量流程和报告系统。
2. Develop and implement the Quality Warranty Process and Reporting Systems制定实施质量保证程序和报告系统。
3. Identify Best Practices and develop Process and Standards to deliver improvements.确定最佳做法和操作程序标准以改善。

3-year plus Automotive background with multinational OEM
At least 3 years team management experience

The ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision when necessary to deliver key objectives.
