Paint Facilities Engineering are responsible for the introduction of new facilities and equipment required to process new materials & product programmes through the Paint Shop.

•； Responsible for supporting new product introductions to Paint shop, the role includes but is not limited to:- Feasibility Investigations, prototype build support, Project Planning, Facilities Engineering & modifications, Project Developing & maintaining schedules, control of documentation issued by subcontract base etc……….
负责支持涂装新产品的推出，职责包括但不限于：可行性调查，试制支持，项目规划，设施设计及修改，项目开发及维护主计划，分包合同文件控制等..........
•； Successful candidate will work closely with Paint Production department and other Engineering disciplines to deliver programs & facility projects to cost targets and timing.
将与生产部门一起按工程规范密切合作，以实现项目及设备成本目标和时间要求。
•； Successful candidate will provide a Manufacturing Engineering support role to Plant personnel as a member of cross-functional teams for problem solving and continuous improvement activities with regard to Safety, Quality & Cost.

•； Responsible for management of facility documentation and data in line, supporting TS, ISO, SHARP, LQOS & FPS internal and external audits.
负责管理设施联机文档和数据，支持TS，ISO，SHARP，LQOS与FPS内部和外部审计。
•； Responsible for all aspects of Capital Expenditure Project tracking focusing on Product & Non product related expenditure project conception through to delivery, commissioning & handover to the customer in line with policies & procedures utilised.
负责项目所有资本支出的跟踪，强调从项目定义阶段到交付、调试、移交给客户的所有产品和非产品相关资本支出与采取的政策和流程保持一致。
•； Support multifunctional New Equipment Procurement Teams through all project phases ensuring company procurement procedures are met & adhered to. ；
从项目各阶段支持多功能的新设备采购团队，确保满足、遵循公司采购程序。
•； Will have a detailed & comprehensive knowledge of Paint Shop Process & Facilities employed to deliver a Painted Car to the correct quality standard.

•； Candidates should be prepared to work in Paint shops .做好在涂装车间工作的准备。
•； Contribute in the development and submission of departmental responses to programme requests.
