Key responsibilities:
主要职责
1.Setting, Operation and Maintenance of machines to produce stator laminations
设置、操作和维护生产定子叠片的机器设备；
2.Preparing, Setting and Maintenance the press shop workplaces
准备、布置和维护冲压作业车间；
3.Operate crane and electric hand pallet truck through driving, lifting and slinging, following required training
经过适当培训之后，操作起重机、电动托盘装卸车（驾驶、吊装及索具安装）；
4.Handwork to produce stator laminations
手工作业，生产定子叠片；
5.Pressing laminations by using an automatic pressing line
使用自动冲压线，冲压叠片；
6.Reworking laminations by using a CNC slotting machine
使用CNC开槽机，加工叠片；
7.Deburring laminations by using a grinding machine
使用打磨机对叠片进行去毛刺处理；
8.Cutting of I-beams by using a band saw
使用带锯床切割工字梁；
9.Cleaning of I-beams in ultrasound washing machine
使用超声波清洗机清洗工字梁；
10.Welding of laminations and I-beams by using CNC spot welding machine
使用CNC点焊机焊接叠片和工字梁；
11.Painting of ventilation laminations
通风叠片喷漆；
12.Responsible that all tools and equipments on workplace is in good conditions
负责工作车间所有工具和设备状况良好；
13.Responsible for cleanness on workplace
负责工作车间卫生；
14.Manage material needs on workplace and keep usage conditions of materials
管理车间材料需求，保持原材料使用条件；
15.Responsible for all stator laminations to be completed as per drawings conforming to process specifications, visual standards and operator checklist and quality plans.
确保所有定子叠片均根据图纸，按照作业规范、外观标准、作业员检查表和质量计划完成；
16.Active involvement to continuous process improvement
积极参与工艺持续改善；
17.Filling records and protocols during production

Person Specification
任职要求
1.Crane driving including lifting and slinging, electric hand pallet truck driving (Can be train in place)
起重机驾驶（包括吊装和索具安装），电动托盘装卸车驾驶；（可入司后培训）
2.English language : Literate and able to communicate effectively in English is preferred.
英语水平：懂英语，能使用英语进行有效交流者优先；
3.Experience in mechanical engineering industry especially in the press shop and setting its machines will be appreciate
有机械工程行业工作经验，有冲压车间和机器设置经验者优先。
4.Reading drawings
读图能力；
5.Practical measurement using gauges (callipers, micrometers)
使用量具（卡尺、千分尺等）进行测量。
6.Basic knowledge of MS office (Excel, Word)
会使用MS办公软件（Excel、Word）
