主要职责

1.Setting Operation an d Maintenance of machines to produce stator coils
设置、操作和维护生产定子线圈的机器设备；
2.Preparing Setting an d Maintenance the coil shop workplaces
准备、布置和维护绕线作业车间；
3.Handwork to produce stator coils
手工作业，生产定子线圈；
4.Stacking conductors
导体堆叠；
5.Handwork conductors forming
手工作业，进行导体成形；
6.Repairing of conductor insulation demages with appropriate tapes
使用绝缘胶带进行导体绝缘破损维修；
7.Hand taping by insulation tapes an d other appropriate tapes
使用绝缘胶带和其它胶带手工进行捆扎；
8.Inter-Lamination testing
层间测试；
9. Manipulation with stator coils
操控定子线圈；
10.Responsible for cutting an d preparing all elements an d materials required within the system build
负责切割和准备系统构造所要需要的所有构件和原材料；
11.Responsible that all tools an d equipments on workplace is in good conditions
负责工作车间所有工具和设备状况良好；
12.Responsible for cleanness on workplace
负责工作车间卫生；
13.Manage material needs on workplace an d keep usage conditions of materials

14.Responsible for all stator coils to be completed as per drawings conforming to process specifications visual standards an d operator checklist an d quality plans.
确保所有定子线圈均根据图纸，按照作业规范、外观标准、作业员检查表和质量计划完成；
15.Active involvement to continuous process improvement

16.Filling records an d protocols during production
生产阶段完成记录和报告的填写；
17.Operate crane through driving lifting an d slinging following required training
按要求培训之后，操作起重设备（驾驶、吊装和索具安装）；
18.General housekeeping
工作车间日常卫生保持；
19.May be required to work in other departments for the needs of the business

Person Specification:
任职要求

1.Required certificates for Inter-Lamination testing 500V in accordance with existing legislation.
符合现行相关法律要求的500伏层间测试工作资格证书；
2. Crane driving including lifting an d slinging (Can be train in place)
起重设备（含吊装和索具安装）操作技能（可入司后培训）；
3. English language : Less level of English will be appreciate
英语：略懂英语者优先考虑；
