? Implement a personal safety action plan and review with leader.

? Make sure on site safe warehouse operation, safety risk analysis and report.

2.Inventory Management
仓储库存管理
? Timely track inventory balance, and closely follow on abnormal changes in inventories
及时地对库存情况做好跟踪管理，对仓库异常情况及时汇报
? Monthly inventory forecast based on the latest sales forecast and production planning, improve forecast accuracy；
对最新的销售和生产计划做出相应的库存预测，保证一定的预测准确率
? Provide valuable analysis on inventory aging, inventory balance and DIO compared to budget and forecast with different stock types, and find out the root cause of the deviation；
对各类实物的库存时间，库存量和系统进出数据做比对分析，发现存在问题的根源，提供有价值的分析报告
? Actively assist leader to identify the deficiency in the process, improve and/or implement new process to optimize inventory；
主动协助上级领导制定和修改仓库作业流程，提高并执行以优化仓库管理
? Follow up Brush warehouse evaluation standards
执行公司的仓库评估准则
? Monitor warehouse daily management & performance assessment, make sure goods are stored in perfect condition and dispatched in FIFO and on-time departure.

Qualifications or Functional Experience
任职资格及工作经验
1)3年以上开放式仓库和分散式存储操作经验
At least 3 years of working experience in an open workshop and on site storage area.
2)3年机械制造业工作背景（4年更好）
Three year degree in mechanical engineering. (Four year degree preferred.)
2)良好的计算机运用能力，特别是对office软件以及熟悉一定的ERP系统操作
Good computer skills, especially Microsoft office； knowledge of ERP system is preferred.
3)熟悉制造流程
Simple Knowledge of manufacturing processes preferred.
4)仓库装卸设备操作资格
The qualification of related handling facilities such as forklift and travelling crane
5)有良好的安全管理经验
Excellent safety management experience.
6)基本的英语读写能力
Proficient oral & written English
7)熟悉审计流程
Be familiar with audit procedures
8)沟通技巧；
Communication skills
9)适应能力强，乐于与其它相关职能部门合作；
Be flexible and positive to cooperate with all involved functions.
10)自主工作能力；
Ability to work autonomously
