物流规划与改善专员

主要工作职责：

l  评估新工厂新项目物流预算，包括物流场地、人员、设备。

Evaluate new plant/new vehicle project logistics investment, including logistics space, operation headcount and MHE.

l  设计并优化物料拉动方式、物料配送路线、车间及仓库物料布局、库存Min/Max值。

Design and improve material pulling method, delivery route, logistics area layout and material Min/Max in shop floor and warehouse.

l  分析车间内物料流，并持续改进仓库及各车间物流区域物流人员和物流设备效率。

Analyze in-plant material flow and continuously improve the efficiency of material handling operators and MHE in warehouse and each workshop.

l  评估节拍提升对物流的影响，并支持节拍的提升。

Evaluate impact on logistics due to line speed increasing, and support line speed increasing from logistics side.

l  与内外相关功能模块接口，评估物流运作的变化点，并设计新方案。

Cooperate with other internal & external functions, to evaluate impacts on logistics and design solutions for change points occurred.

l  设计厂区交通路线

Design in-plant traffic route

l  1年以上物流规划及相关领域工作经者优先

Above 1 years experience in logistics planning or other related fields is preferred.

Desired Skills / Knowledge / Competency:

l  工作积极主动，良好的计划组织能力、逻辑思维能力、沟通技巧和学习能力

Pro-active, self-motivated with logical thinking and good planning, organizational, communication and learning skills.

l  熟悉精益物流和物料拉动的原理和方法

Good knowledge in lean logistics and material pulling, both principle and method.

l  熟练运用办公软件及CAD制图

Good skills in Microsoft office software and CAD.

l  具备英语听说读写者优先

English listening, speaking, reading and writing is a plus

l  大专及其以上，优秀者可放宽学历要求；优秀应届毕业生亦可。
