Ensure EHS system is in good order and pass internal and external audit

Drive all departments to achieve zero accident goal
•
Continuously improve the safety environment and safety culture of the Company
•
To maintain and improve EHS management system, implement country and global EHS requirements
•
Provide EHS technical supports to site management team for EHS issues to achieve EHS excellence
•
Ensure compliance to local EHS laws and regulations requirement for site operations
•
Handle and manage the hazardous waste to make it compliance with local government rules.
•
Maintain production line working environment.
•
To do approval process from government for new production line
•
Assistance occupational hygiene, promote health promotion program
Job responsibilities
•
Lead the improve and maintenance of the company’s health and safety environment system with the goal of zero
harm, and ensure the system compliance with regulatory requirements
•
Support pollution prevention and waste minimization activities
•
Drive and supervise the implementation of the company’s safety management system improvement plan
•
Conduct compliance identification, and conduct inspection and monitoring in accordance with laws and regulations
•
Drive safety, environment and health. risk identification, control and continuous improvement in all departments of
the company
•
Implement safety training plan which covers all departments and employees, conduct training follow the plan
•
Conduct the investigation of accident and complete investigation report. Lead Total Involvement safety observation
work
•
Implement inspection and audit plan, lead the safety inspection and EHS system inner audio
Bachelor’s degree, related Science and Engineering majors
•
3-4 years’ experience in EHS. Experience in various management systems is preferred
•
Good relationships with local government are preferred
•
Be able to read and write English
