原料采购工程师

1.      作为采购的代表，从客户的询价阶段开始直到量产，关注于材料成本，样件进展及到货，通过推动供应商支持质量改善；Purchasing Representative in project team from customer’s RFQ phase until SOP and focus on material cost, sample timing and delivery, support to sample quality improvement；

2.      向潜在供应商询价，分析报价，确定合理的成本，与供应商进行价格谈判，准备相关文件如，预选供应商，确定供应商，提名信和采购合同；Enquire potential suppliers, analyze the collective quotes and find out the reasonable cost, price negotiation with supplier, prepare the documents of pre-soco, Soco, nomination letter and purchasing contract to the suppliers；.

3.      工程变更对成本影响分析与结论；Cost analysis and conclusion to the technical changes；

4.      问题沟通与解决；Analyze the material forecast demand and trend, provide the plan to the supplier owned sufficient production capacity to ensure the delivery;

5.      访问潜在供应商，经评审合格后，引入到合格供应商清单中；Potential supplier visit and introduce to Approve Supplier List after ok audit;

6.       量产供货后的成本优化和价格谈判；Cost optimization and price negotiation programs for serial supply products

7.     完成经理安排的其他任务；Any other assignments defined by manager.

大学工程、材料专业

University degree an major in Engineering, material

3年以上相关工作经验，具有大众供应商工作经验优先

Over 3 years working experience in relevant fields, experience in the suppliers of VW is preferred
