DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES/任务和职责
Tooling design for new products development and product manufacturing machine ion.
Modify existing tooling designs for tooling cost saving or endurance life improvement.
Collaborate with products design team to support production development.
Machine setting evaluation & approval.
On site tooling modification for FA machine set support.
Identify and confirm tooling specifications.
Preparation of product and tooling drawings to meet automotive customer requirements.
Work with purchasing for tooling supplier certification, development, improvement and offering technology supporting.
First artic Tooling drawing design and Tooling documentation management per automotive industry request. Tooling QAD sys management and sustaining.
Support APQP team to develop new part, ensure the quality and cost meet customer’s requirement.
Follow up the others arrangement team leader, Implement World-Class Product Development practices to increase customer satisfaction.
PERSONAL SPECIFICATIONS/个人能力描述
5+ years of tooling design experience in screw fastener product, multi-station tooling design is preferred.
Bachelor of Material forming engineering discipline or relative tooling design. Good at English good at communication.
Cold forming machine setup experience for screw is preferred.
Ability to drive change in products library, technical orientation.
Familiar with automotive screw fastener structure.
Capability for tooling cost estimation, tooling design validation.
Familiar with computer programs such as AutoCAD, Pro-Engineer, Deform, Microsoft etc.
Familiar with VA/VE, automotive QMS like TS16949.
Honest / integrity with good work attitude, can be loyal to company.
