PERSONAL SPECIFICATIONS/个人能力描述
1. Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
2. Minimum of 3 years experience in a Technical Customer Support Engineering position involved in R&D and / or Product Development work in an industrial products environment (Preferred in Fastening Industry)
3. Some knowledge and experience dealing with customers in the Automotive Industry
4. Computer literate and familiar with the use of Auto CAD and other similar engineering design software
5. Good English communication skills (Written and Spoken)
6. Ability to communicate with and understand customer needs and requirements
7. Decisive and confident with a strong sense of urgency and personal commitment.
8. Able to build strong and dependable teamwork to meet customer requirements
9. Possesses excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
10. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops； reviewing professional/trade publications； establishing personal networks and participating in professional societies.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES/任务和职责
1. Identify & list out types of automotive fasteners to be produced in COP
2. Plan and organize with COP team in the preparation and setting up of production line for automotive fasteners
3. Review, recommend and work out a list of production equipment and Set up the quality standard required with COP QA department necessary for automotive fastener production；
4. Work out roadmap to show action plan, responsibilities and timeline for the setting up of automotive production line.
5. Evaluate any shortcomings for COP in automotive fastener production and make recommendation；
6. Assist in the migration and discussion with brother plants in technical support
7. Provide technical, engineering and application support with customer visit for the design and use of automotive fasteners
8. Conduct technical seminars & exhibitions as and when required to support sales growth
9. Assist in tear down projects to identify sales opportunities and fastening solution to customers to enhance product design
