o     及时修复设备故障，分析故障原因避免故障的重复发生

Follow up production, repair failure immediately, analysis of the failures to prevent the fault occurring again;

o     统计分析设备运行和维修数据，持续改善设备效率，降低停机率

Utilize maintenance data statistics & analysis for continuous improvement, keep monitoring the equipment performance and reduce downtime;

o     培训技术员完成相关的设备维护和保养

Train technician for machine repair and preventive maintenance;

o     负责备品备件的计划和使用记录分析，降低维修费用

Making plan for production equipment spare parts; Keep monitoring spare part’s consumption, support to control the cost under budget；

o     负责预防性维护的计划，支持团队的TPM活动

Plan for preventive maintenance according to production schedule; Support TPM team to carry out TPM activities;

o     在项目前期阶段支持IE的相关工作，参与设备选型，安装调试和验收

Support IE during early stages of the project; Take part in new machine/line selection, installation, commissioning, and acceptance 

o     确保维修工作符合安全规范

Maintain a safe and convenient working environment;

o     上级指定的其他工作

Other duties assigned by manager.

大专或以上学历，机械，电气，自动化相关专业

College degree or above, mechanical/electrical engineering, automation related

维修工程师岗位3年相关工作经验

Relevant experience 3 years in maintenance engineer function
