o协调并组织其他工程生产部门处理项目相关事宜

oCoordinate and organize project activities with related departments to meet business expectation

o负责新产品导入相关事宜直至实现量产

oLeading new product samples ramp up phase to mass production with on-time output

o内外部客户相关文档管理， 生成等

oDocumentation new product activities and data for internal and external customer

o建立产品BoM列表，完成材料相关状态的跟进

oEnsures the accuracy of BOMs structure, material availability, and correct manufacturing procedures

o与海外及本土研发部，项目经理建立合作机制以达到产品顺利量产

oWorking together with oversea/local R&D, PM partner for product local manufacturing

o生产问题处理，协助工艺部门制定并更新生产工艺

oSolve manufacturing issues for new product, support IE to develop new manufacturing process

o协助生产就工艺，材料问题导致的failure问题作分析并制定有效对策

oSupport production in preventing/resolving material and/or process-related defects

o客户汇报相关项目状态，问题处理进展等

oCommunicate with customer for project status, problem-solving relevant reporting

o完成上级主管给予的其他任务

oOther assignment by supervisor

o电子、机械等相关专业，全日制本科以上学历

o3年以上汽车领域量产产品开发设计生产经验，有自动驾驶市场，研发或高频高速数据传输相关经验者优先
