About the role and responsibilities角色与责任:
- Manage the overall operations of inbound, kitting, picking and replenishment
- Coordinating all processes to ensure customer satisfaction
- Ensuring quality objectives are met, whilst operating within the allocated budget and meeting delivery deadlines, by being flexible and working in the most efficient way with the given resources
- Training staff, monitoring performance and progress
- Ensuring the health, safety and cleanliness of the work environment, overseeing monthly inspections of all vehicles and machinery
- Developing the business by analyzing logistical problems and producing new solutions
Who we are looking for我们寻找的人才:
- 5 years’ or above work experience with 5 years managerial in automotive industrial
- Factory container management experience is prefered
- Very good understanding of supply chain and logistics processes and concepts
- Good understanding of integrated and strategic logistics
- Good understanding of company processes in general, not only for the warehouse
- Willing to improve and constantly change processes to fulfill new requirements
- Staff leading experience
- Highly motivated and self-discipline
