1.Process review and countersignature of new product stamping parts, and suggest amendments to unreasonable points 新产品冲压件的工艺审查和会签，对不合理之处提出修改的建议

2.Organize on-site stamping process verification and process improvement, supervise and inspect the implementation of process records 组织现场冲压工艺验证和工艺改进，监督和检查工艺记录执行情况

3.On-site technical service work, timely and accurately analyze the causes of quality problems and their rectification plans 现场的技术服务工作，对质量问题及时准确分析其产生的原因及其整改方案。

4.Project process documentation, revision of sop documentation 项目工艺文件编制，量产工艺文件修订

5.Independent and ambitious identification of improvement andor ratio potentials for cost reduction独立高效的完成改善及潜在成本节约项目

6.Independent and on schedule start-up management for production lines achieving the requiredconfirmed KPIs and goals独立及时的管理生产线以实现既定的关键指标以及目标

任职要求：

1.College or above 大专及以上

2.Machinery manufacturing, mold major or relate field机械制造、模具专业, 及其相关的领域

3.Have received TS16949, lean production, IE related knowledge, FMEA, APQP,接受过TS16949、精益生产、IE相关方面知识、FMEA,APQP,

4.Familiar with the operating principles of presses and punching equipment, as well as the structure and design of stamping dies.熟悉压机、冲床设备操作原理，熟悉冲压模具构造、设计。

5.More than two years of experience in automotive body-in-white and component stamping processes, and more than five years of work experience.两年以上汽车白车身及部件冲压工艺经验，五年以上工作经验。
