Trying to hear the real voice from the customer instead of simply selling the products.
Conduct market research in elevator steel wire rope industry, customers, and competitive products and forecast on sales;
Develop and maintain OEMs as key account manager,work with them to define the technical, quality, delivery and financial expectations and communicate through the organization to achieve customer satisfaction;
Develop the after-sales market for elevator business;
Work together with QM and LM to solve customer complains and delivery;
Coordinate internally for the other customers;
Coordinate with Pfeifer DRAKO Germany for OEM customers
Education:
BS degree in Mechnical Engineering or related fields, MBA will be a plus.
Knowledge & skills:
Familiar with manufacturing process including elevator industry;
Experience on the elevator rope business whatever in China or other regions.
Strong communication and presentation(verbal and written) skills in English and Mandarin.
Basic PC skills (excel and PPT..)
Strong in relation build-up and communication.
Experience:
-8year's experience in JV or Foreign company;
-5year's sales experience in elevator industry field, experience in selling elevator steel wire rope will be an advantage.
