Production Manager

1. Direct the manufacture of company products consistent with the established specifications and corporate objectives.

2. Ensure prompt and economical delivery of materials/supplies and finished goods to customers.

3. Execute and maintain company initiatives such as QS9000, ISO 14001, CTSO Production System, TPM, 5S, etc.  in areas of accountability.

4. Support the improvement of safety, quality, productivity, cost, morale, 5S, teamwork improvement activities, attendance, and administrative procedures.

5. Manage operating costs through a systematic approach to identify and eliminate waste with continuous improvement in all processes and products provided by CTSO.

6. Support the development of all manufacturing associates through positive human relation strategies, which uphold and reinforce the manufacturing mission statement.

7. Communicate with all departments in establishing areas of responsibility and to share timely, accurate, cost effective information.  Develop communication guidelines.

8. Train and develop manufacturing management, team leaders and associates in manufacturing practices and company policies, programs and procedures.

University or above.

Degree or above in a related Engineering field or equivalent experience preferred.

Training experience about TPM systems, Lean systems, 5S systems.

Excellent knowledge of management production department and knowledge about sheet metal manufacturing operations. Well-developed leadership, organization and interpersonal skills required.

5 years or above  work experience in management production department and knowledge about sheet metal.

Good English ability of reading,writing,listening and speaking. 

Goodability of organization,communication,coordination,implementation.
