维修技术员

During project stage项目建设期:

1.     Work with die supplier to ensure die try smoothly and planking parts reach the quality requirement when delivered to plant; 与模具供应商合作确保模具到达现场时的试模顺利以及冲压产品达到质量要求；

After plant startup投产后:

2.     Have preventive and proactive maintenance concept, carry out die maintenance plan accordingly;建立预防性主动性维护概念，执行模具维护保养计划；

3.     Implement the daily trouble shoot to keep blanking die run smoothly and good products quality;执行模具的故障维修，确保落料线设备顺利运转，产品合格；

4.     Evaluating plant die improvement opportunities, and implementing improvement projects. 提出模具改进方案并执行改进项目。

职位要求：

1.     Vocational school degree or above in Mechanical or Die Engineering; 中专以上学历，机械/模具工程类专业；

2.     3-5 years die maintenance experience in manufacturing plant;3-5年的制造工厂大型模具维护经验；

3.     Basic computer skill, with knowledge of 3D drawing software is preferred;会基本的电脑操作，懂3D绘图软件优先；

4.     Good EHS and quality awareness.良好的质量安全意识。
